love to order here but kinda disappointed with their service . understand that they are tired but atleast smile and answer nicely . not only them work under pressure and need to be multitask , so tired is not an excuse . they can be better.

Here's my first time trying tealive in Malaysia. I like how the cashier girl giving a patient explanation for me to choosing the best drink. Her nice greating absolutely touch me and make my day. Lastly I have tried the strawberry pudding smoothie, a little bit of sweetness but overall still statisfying. Recommended!!

Great service from the female staff polite and efficient but the male staff is so unhygienic coughing at hand without washing and proceeded to make drinks it would totally contaminate all the customers orders eww !
