Lots of drinks dont have. Request not adding pearl also rejected by staff with bad attitude and stink face. Lousy service ever!

First time trying tealive, I love the Camellia Tea, very refreshing. There are some seats available, a good spot to rest.

Ridiculous attitude of the staff especially non peak period and we are the only customer. Ask for a paper bag with handle for 2 time yet give me a bag without handle. Super rude staff.

Malay male stuff attitude so bad. Tak senyum, tukar order pun kene marah. I havent paid yet. Obv tak buat lagi order tu. Theres nobody queuing after or before me. Theres no other customer to entertain. Please if you cant treat customers.

Extremely bad service and attitude from the staff. Feel like they didnt want to work. Ask a staff to change the milk to oat milk and he keep shaking his head and give me a death look without answering my question. The problem is that it is clearly stated in the menu the drink I want can change to oat milk but he didnt even check and just shake his head. If dont want to work just go home and sleep. The staff leave a bad brand image for Tealive. I hope the manager can do something about it. Super dissatisfied with the service.

Cashier look no mood to work ..The Pearl bubble very hard..Asked the staff to try and after trying he said because genting is cold that's why it became hard...To me this is quality control problem... tealive please buck up.
