Website shows closed at 10pm. But when I reach the store at 9.45pm the glass door already closed. I just wan to do an exchange of the clothes. How come the closing time is not follow the specific timing. Really lousy.

Counter having default,changed to next counter where the cashier didn't ask the new customer to queue from back, instead jump queue. Bad service. Even the one in front of mine,just go off without buying .
