I am here at the door 8:40 pm and they said closed at 9 pm. They did not allowed any customer to enter. U lost a major customer who wanted to spend big time.

Worth to pay a visit if you are around. They offers great discount periodically. They currently offer disney collab clothes.

We are there 9pm and went into the fitting room at 915pm, the staff said impolitely that I should try faster because they are closing. After we paid for our stuff around 940pm, while walking to the exit, we wanted to take a look at.

Very spacious H&M outlet. They have 2 floors. First floor is woman apparels. Second floor is kids clothes and mens section. The two floor is not innerly connected. Now there is some raya sales ongoing. Might be a good spot for shopping if you have nowhere else to go.

On Friday 5/12/2025, I went with my family to H&M Genting, I was choosing and trying on clothes, a female staff member came with a sour face and said abusive words, like (Illegitimate child) talk back behind customer, while I am a customer.

Great fashion Outlet to get many varieties of clothes, accessories and shoes for woman, man and kids. The store was quite big and have 2 floors. The quality of the product was good, the design are update, the price is great. But in here doesn't have so many choices of sale product like in KL. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a very positive experience with of the team at H&M Sky Avenue . The staff (Jeeba) I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable, and she went the extra mile to help me with my online order inquiry. Although I had some concerns.

It was just exactly 10.00 but when i wanted to try, they imediatly say i had to pay or get out. They wouldnt let me try it on. (Night shift cashier), truly bad service, with no moral ethics. Almost all of the glass doors were not in use,.

On 19th July 2025, I initially had difficulty searching for a white shirt at Mens Dept. Thankfully, I met Jeeba I believe she is one of the managers who has relentlessly help me to seek out the shirt. I just wanted to Thank her and tell how pro-active she is. Keep up the good work !

Cashier is not friendly and rude. No patience at explaining and cant clearly convey message. Very confused and show her attitude towards us. Her face is very annoyed and intended to cause an incident. Its rude and not a very good experience at Genting Sky Avenue Outlet. Truly disappointed for this store.
