Bad service! When asking for an item, instead of showing us the location, the pharmacist told us to take it ourselves, just pointing with a finger. Really experienced very bad service!

At 11.20am on 24 May 2019, I was at the store and the salesgirl was on her handphone and did not bother to serve. Too engrossed with her conversation. Hope your service gets better.

This lady Farah is very friendly and approachable. She recommended products to us which are very good and useful for me and my grandchildren.

Very expensive compared to Watson. Panadol here is RM18 whilst Watson only charges RM8. We asked for a receipt, but the staff said system error so no receipt.

The price is too high. It's clearly been marked up excessively, and no receipt was provided either.

Service is good. I felt the price is still considered reasonable as it is situated in a high-class shopping mall in the highlands.

I called this pharmacy and the guy who picked up my call is Luke. If you don't know what manners are, please learn. Super rude guy. Bad pharmacy.
