Visited around 8pm for dinner. The outlet was not crowded but the spicy chicken were not made ready. Changed to original flavour to skip the waiting time. Customer service can be improved. Order number display is not real time or delayed so pay attention or listen carefully to the staff that yelling your order number.

I have ordered the Monday special which is RM19.99 for 5pcs chicken and requested breast and wings. The cashier didnt say anythinh. Once I pick up my food, I told the manager that I requested for wongs and breast. She is so rude to.

It's annoying when you want to order breakfast but all the breakfast drinks like coffee, tea or milo all not available. only soft drink in the morning. Sink is quite dirty.

Something different from mainstream McDonald's or KFC. Would recommend if you are after fast food. Chunky pieces of chicken. The friendly staff and swift service make the meal extra memorable. Will come again and recommend it, too.

The location is quite difficult to find, but the chicken is very crispy and the size is also bigger than the chicken from other restaurants, the rice is also yummy, free refills drink, and my favorite the honey butter biscuit very delicious. Affordable price, friendly staff, clean and comfortable places.
