There is this lady staff named Jasmine who is very unprofessional. When asked for prices she treated me with open disrespect.Its an unacceptable behaviour for a luxury brand that claims to value customer experience.

Came back from Australia to MALAYSIA GPO SWA purposely to get some valuable crystals *rings and sets of costume jewellery.To my surprise, many of the old staffs have resigned and the new batch of the team that I encountered a couple of days.
