Very slow! Should open 3counter receive parcel and not the multiple counter but not doing anything!!! Lazy staff! If you only ask a thing then they will answer you without polite way. Better learn from abc until u know how to talk to.

Poor service. I just want to buy one parcel envelope he ask me come back After 40 minute he said he cannot handle got many parcel but the time only 1 malay girl customer he can serve.

Extremely slowest services, need wait at least half an hour or longer, sometime wait more than 1-2hour for collect items in standing queue.. parcels a lot nowadays, but counter still remained only one. Go collect time is terrible.

This is the only post office in Genting Highlands, located in Genting Grand Complex (the old wing of Genting Highlands) a two minute walk away from Maybank and Vision City Video Games arcade.

Staff not Smiling at all then call Other Staff To Find my Parcel he Playing phone At front counter. No improvement, still Slow, parcel Didnt arrange and 1-2 hour waiting.
