In 8 May 04.05am. My mum went to the shop wanted to buy a mineral water. However, a foreign worker rudely scolded my mum and claimed that the shop was closed, questioning why she entered the barricaded zone.

Back service to castermer don't even know how to speak the language, there is no manners, work culture, definitely want Malaysians in Genting, only Malaysians can be, not nationals. Don't be rude, don't be rude to your friends if you want to buy goods, don't go there.

The hotel's location is wonderful, but reservations must be made well in advance.

Totally bad service...How as a retails in one of the most famous tourist attraction can close down all the cashier for closing in the same time where alot of customer is queuing to make a payment...as a player in the market, I think u know.

Comprehensive little shop. Fridge is quite empty as the turn over is high. There is all kind of food. Pastry, bento, sandwich, bread. Toys, noodles.
