My mum purchased a Michael Kors bag from the Genting Premium Outlet store in 2021, expecting it to be a high-quality, long-lasting product. However, the quality has been extremely disappointing. The leather has severely deteriorated.

Overall experience good, very friendly staff. Expect a 20-25 minute queue wait time during peak hours. Bags are 40% off, generally dresses are 70% off. You get additional discount through lucky draw coupon.
