Took my 6-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced here. The staff was very kind and patient. She was very nervous but still did a good job. Good explanation for aftercare too.

Came to Lovisa just to see the hair ties, but the piercing looked nice so I decided to do it. Nelly the sales consultant who assisted me was very nice and explained all the details very well.

Went there on Sunday, one of the staff was very rude. It was the free-haired staff. I went there around 1-2pm. Please learn customer service.
