The lounge have Nice and quiet environment. Singer perform really well with amazing singing voice, we really vibed with the choices of songs. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience the lounge has provided for us! Totally recommend to come and give this place a try if you want to have a good relaxing time!

Excellent Experience at the Lobby Lounge, Genting Highlands I had a wonderful time at the Lobby Lounge in Genting Highlands. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The lounge is well-maintained, with a comfortable setting and a great selection of drinks and light bites. What made my visit even better was the exceptional service from one of the staff, Ida. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my time there. She made sure everything was perfect, from recommending drinks to checking in politely without being intrusive. Idas warm attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out and made the experience feel special. Highly recommended place to chill, and big praise to Ida for her amazing service she definitely deserves recognition!

Had an amazing experience thanks to bartender Alex! The drink he made was absolutely perfect, smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced. You can really tell he knows his craft and puts effort into every detail. Friendly, professional, and always smiling, definitely one of the best bartenders Ive met. Highly recommend trying his creations!
