Terrible customer service. 5 staff at the counter, with 1 attending to 2 customers in assisting them to decide which herbal drinks to go for. 2 in blue top chatting despite noticed me while 2 more (supposingly the "boss" and a aunty staff).

Herbal Jelly and mixed with honey taste will be better, if no will be bitter flavor taste. It's good for flu and cough, a chinese herbal dessert. :).

You used to have to walk all the way to Highlands Hotel to get this, so I was overjoyed when I saw a new store in First World Hotel! The guilingao tasted as comforting as ever.
