A simple and nice traditional herbal shop. Tried their guilinggao, is refreshing and soothing, slight bitter in the best way, but not overwhelming. It tastes clean and cooling.

Horrible customer service. Staff is unfriendly & rude. Staff recommended a herbal drink that does not have to do with what I requested for. I requested a drink to help clear the liver & she recommended a herbal drink for cough/phlegm. She lacks knowledge on the herbal drinks benefits that she is supposed to be selling/promoting.
