Unfortunately, the service was very slow and the waiting time for food was too long. While the food quality was acceptable, the long delay affected our dining experience.

Im refraining myself for using foul language here. The order I made was ignored because they claimed the line was bad. The big Malay woman in black has no remorse whatsoever. So should I have waited here for 30mins for nothing to be.
