3/1/26 - staffs are so selective towards customers, just talking to each other though there were only 1/2 customers in the shop. cheap items but just don't feel like buying them when it was hard to get assistance from them. went to coach and with a lot of customers but easier to get assistance. very poor service.

Visited the Kate Spade outlet at Genting recently and had a disappointing experience. The store was not busy at the time, with only a few customers inside. However, I was not greeted when I entered, even though other customers were.
