Didn't enjoy my experience here for a few reasons. The lady working at the register counter is just rude. No courtesy to explain what massages or services they have. Just answers with the pricing.

The massage and spa is located within the amusement park, so it was noisy and no music was played inside the spa. It was an open area but the sections are separated with low partitions. Had the famous 60-minute oriental foot massage at RM108.

The masseuses were nice and polite and the massages they gave were good. However, hygiene is a problem here. In the hour I spent there, I saw no less than 5 cockroaches. Two were walking around whilst three were dead. One was on the equipment.

There is a fish-catching setup in front of the spa for kids. It provided paper nets that didn't last even one scoop. Felt cheated. No value to this experience. Paid for nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Simple, comfortable decor. Strict but impeccable service, attention to detail. Most important are the masseurs. They hit every spot. Really good. Haven't had a good foot massage in a long time.

Went to the fish spa one day and leg massage the next day. Very good service. Love their after-massage ginger tea, very warming. It's not easy to locate, but it's on the same level as the cable car, near the big elephant. Go inside and turn left.

Had a great experience with the foot massage. It was so relaxing after a whole day of walking. Candy's massage skills are excellent!

Great experience and a hidden gem. Went there during the peak holiday period on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to get a massage immediately for 3 people due to its hard-to-find location. It's near Ripley's Adventureland.
