I was there on 16 Aug around 2-3pm like that. Was served by a very friendly Malay lady cashier and a guy promoter. The lady cashier assisted me to purchase a blazer I liked. Thanks for the good experience! The promotion was quite worth it, especially if you go in a group instead of solo lol.

Terrible service! Absolutely no respect for customers! Two employees, a man and a woman, stood behind the counter posing for customers as soon as they entered! They stood there answering questions without ever coming over to help or check what customers needed! The worst staff ever!!!

Staff attitude very bad ,especially the lady wearing glasses, afraid to fold the T after we wore, no willing to help and dislike to serve the customer,pls hire the staff which is willing to serve the customer.

Very limited stuff but they got a new shipment that they hadn't unpacked when I was there. Staff were wonderful!

A good outlet to buy your clothing especially for those on the go. Prices are reasonable but most importantly the clothing cutting are much better than most other outlet. It offer more varieties.

Very Bad experience at genting premium outlet at G2000, the Chinese short girl attitude very bad, scold and shout loudly at guest, she wear jacket so that cant saw the name and staff ID. Need have staff training for this staff. After that I saw she scold others customer too.

Cheaper than retail but limited design, colour n size. Nobody bothered to ask what size I was looking for. Staffs either busy at cashier counter on phone or standing there. Another staff busy serve customer.

Strange that customers are not allowed to fit blazers in the fitting room. Imagine we are all wearing thick clothes due to the cold weather and we are not able to choose the right size that fit us. In addition, don't think it's appropriate.
