One of the lowest quality products sell in this store. I bought a polo shirt from this store when i visit to Malaysia. The product didn't have quality checked and later found that my polo shirt is torn inside and the quality of the fabric is very poor. Do not buy anything from their store.

Cheap fabric at a reasonable price. Acceptable standard and same quality as you buy from the big brands. It's worth to buy and listen to the story of the staff named amirul who has been to the padini outlet but I don't know if it's true or not.. hope he works better serving customers in the new place..

Bad service from Zaini. Wanted to pay by card, but cashier pressed wrong button and insisted we pay by cash. Told him I wanted one box of undergarment and he scanned two. Never bring ear to work obviously.

We were scolded sarcastically by a staff named Amirul. He went all rant that he just perbetulkan my dad after my dad corrected him. We bought nearly RM2k from the store and did not expect to be treated this way. Please take necessary action towards this staff.

Poor service by the staff Zaini and another lady. Originally wanted to buy 1 dress and 1 box of briefs, but after my husband wanted a different box, they simply just scanned 2 boxes of briefs instead of removing the first one. Not sure what.
