I recently visited the Ferragamo outlet at GPO and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly patient and attentive, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They provided excellent assistance.

Don't underestimate your customers. Just been there 5 minutes ago. You weren't welcoming us, and after 3 minutes another family came in and you welcomed them only. Please don't be like a sales assistant who only looks at the price tag. You don't know us, so don't look at us like that.

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced for a luxury brand. I felt so exclusive with the service. At first, I didn't expect to buy but the Client Advisor was really kind and I ended up buying a pair of shoes. I will definitely visit again.

Great service from Ameer at Ferragamo in Genting. Ameer was patient, available, and a great advisor. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my choices. I came back a couple of days later and received the same level of service from him.
