The food was okay, but the service really needs improvement. The staff seemed to have a bad temper and were quite rude when speaking to customers. It was an unpleasant experience. Hope the management can train their staff to be more polite and friendly.

the salted egg waffle tastes amazing even for breakfast! tri-coloured not so tasty but still quite special. the wait was about 6 7 minutes even though there were no other customers. 4 star for the delicious tasting waffle but beware have to.

I have visited twice. Staffs attitude is very positive and friendly. Their recommended flavors are all in my taste. Eggette are baked crispy BUT remember this is GENTING HIGHLANDS so the food cools down faster than usual. Just eat it while it's hot!
