The place must be good but there was a staff on the front reception, who was stairing at my wife in a weird manner(pervert look) which made us uncomfortable so we didn't even bother to enter. Description- A dark skinned, average height guy.

Weight restriction is applicable. Lockers available on site for customer use as u are not allowed to carry anything with you during the activity. And do note as the zipline is one-way, u are to.

Our 8 y.o. insisted on riding. Couldnt accompany her as it would be too heavy. The staffs were professional, briefed her and explained to her what to do. Good communication on receiving side too. Kudos to the team.

It was fun zipping high up across the first world amusement complex. Before you know it, you are at the other end already. Can be quite scary. Not for those who are afraid of heights.

My daughter enjoyed the Zipline yesterday noon except for the lady staff asked her for directions she rudely told her to wait she only had 2 hands and shouted "No need to take off shoes, you wanna ride with no shoes?" when she assumed she.

I was looking forward to doing the zipline on my recent trip (24 Feb 2020) to Genting only to find out that this was under maintenance. So just note that this is not open yet k.

Excellent service! Staff was well-trained and extremely patient if you are afraid, encouraging you throughout without forcing you to glide across. Was allowed to use my GoPro to record so long as it is strapped tightly to my hand. Safety instructions were clear too, was an enjoyable ride!
