First of all, I'm entering the store and looking for a staff called SUYI which is one of my friend told me to looking for, and i wish to get myself a birthday gift. At the moment, the staff are very passive and showing me bored face, if not wrong she call Catherine. And i did ask for some product like engraving service, but she's answering me with an annoying face. Yes, maybe i'm not a regular visitor, but it made me ever never visit again, and told all my friends not to visit.
