food options are great but service is quite TERRIBLE, went back a few times over 3 days and most staff didnt understand english, were impatient and also quite rude. Oh do try their green grape / blue lemonade ice cups! Super nice :).

Very poor customer service from one of your staff. Didnt saw his name tho. I asked nicely for a straw but he answered me very rude. Definitely need to train your staff in term of customer service.
