Had the best time shopping at Chanel cause of miss Azeela, girlie was sooooo sweet and accommodating. It was my first time and she even spritzed me with perfume before I left, had a very pleasant experience cause of her. Truly exceptional customer service.

Me are not really like to comment or doing any review on Google, but this time I really need to. The staff name is Renee Ng, the attitude were so bad, and showing cocky face to me. Like I owe her something. I do really like Chanel but made me step off from this outlet. Very sucks service, hope Management can do something.

Not friendly and not enthusiastic at all. Before anyone shoot me down I work in CRM so my customer service ratings given as how I was trained. The higher the brand conscious the more stringent the CS evaluation goes. First impression was.
