Boss of this branch, your sales will definitely increase if those 2 Chinese staffs who was there on morning 1st Sep are terminated. Damn rude,sharp tone and speak without eye contact! If it's not for the sales offer,we would have walked.

WORST customer service ever. Purchased a bag worth 300 dollars, made the payment, money was deducted but the store didn't receive the payment. Then we requested for a proof or any transaction failed receipt to proof that the transaction.

Hi boss of Carlo Rino, that staff Norhayati was so reluctant to serve customer, reluctant to talk and very sour face as though I owe her anything. Further more, at the cashier counter,instead of paying by queuing,she jumped queue to another.

I came to the store on 14 Jan 2024 to buy a bag. When I found out there is some issue with the bag and asked the staff for another, she didnt care and ask me to take a displayed one. So poor customer service. I will not shop in this store again.
