The overall experience here was positive. The service was good and welcoming. The only drawback is that it is a bit pricey, but I think this is understandable.

If I could, I wouldn't even give her a single heart. The price changes every day. Yesterday, I asked for RM95 for a shampoo, but today she wants RM105? She only tells you the hot water is broken and only cold water is available after you.

I requested a broken lid, but the staff completely ignored me and just pushed me aside while cutting.

Queued for haircut, instead let 2 people behind me do their hairwash. Waited for 30min still no one help out. Very disappointed.

Bro didn't give the cut I asked for..she insisted on doing this but I didn't want but still did it anyway.

Bad service. The worker curses the customer using dialect. definitely won't come again!
